The Board of Anti Bio Technologies has a unique mix of experience and industry know-hows, which provides strong foundations for growth of the Company and expansion into the market place.

The Board has adopted the Australian Institute of Directors’ Code of Conduct dealing with the Company’s responsibilities to and relationships with its employees, shareholders, customers, suppliers, and the community.

It will maintain open lines of communication between the Board and external advisors and oversee the identification of risk to ensure its proper management. The Board regularly reviews the performance of the Company and its management.
